Thank you for taking the time to visit my site, I am so glad you are here! 

I am a current 3rd-year undergraduate student at UC Davis, studying Human Development with a minor in education. With a passion for the written word, I am an aspiring writer focusing on science communication and fiction romance. One day, I hope to publish my own novel. In addition to writing, I have a passion for teaching. I am currently interning in a 6th-grade classroom, and I hope to teach in my elementary-level classroom soon!

In May 2021, I joined the UC Davis Environmental Health Sciences Center as an editorial assistant in the communications department. At the EHSC, I focused on producing new articles and content related to environmental health concerns in the Golden State. I also assisted in running the social media accounts and website. Over my time at the EHSC, I began writing more, and my role has expanded. I stepped into the title of editorial assistant and undergraduate writer. 

In addition to working at the EHSC, I wrote for the California Aggie, a student-run newspaper on campus. On campus, I am a member of Best Pals, providing one-on-one mentorship to peers with intellectual or physical disabilities! When not fulfilling my love of writing, I enjoy teaching others about the importance of the agriculture industry and working on flower arrangements at the student farm. 

If I am not working or in class, you can find me reading in the great outdoors or playing with my rescue pup, Sloane!
